Why should you join?

We have all the tools you need to make a greater impact within the Pacific economy. Whether it's reading up on the latest news, watching an informative seminar, talking with world-renowned peers or finding specific business opportunities, NZPBConnect has everything you need.

Extensive Resources

  • Discussion forum to post news and questions to the entirety of the site’s membership

  • Back catalogue of videos/webinars that is being constantly updated

  • Complimentary presentation files to support the webinars uploaded

  • Daily articles filtered from various news outlets for Pacific relevance

Find & Connect

The primary resource available to NZPBConnect users is the (soon-to-be) extensive database of its membership. Here you can search via industry and country to find fellow members who have relevant expertise in the areas you are interested in. From IT/Communications to Travel/Tourism, we have experts in all fields operating throughout the Pacific who are ready and available to share their knowledge and expertise. Simply search, click their profile, and contact.

Potential of NZPBConnect

Moving forward, we have several plans to expand the platform.

The main goal is to have as many relevant experts involved in the Pacific on the website. To achieve this, we will be offering the platform to individuals currently based in the Pacific free of charge. As most of our membership operates out of New Zealand, this will be an effective way to encourage Pacific business contacts to engage with the platform and connect with our paid membership.

Furthermore, we will create profiles for a multitude of government bodies throughout New Zealand and the Pacific. Rather than limiting the site to business personnel, we wish to provide our membership with direct and exclusive access to the number of government organisations that manage and sponsor work in the Pacific. For example, we will soon be adding contacts and profiles of specific NZTE and MFAT representatives, as well as the many chambers of commerce in the Pacific.
